Tinkerforge.dll won't load in Mathematica

Mathematica 12; Mac OS 10.14;tinkerforge_mathematica_bindings_2_1_23:    I get persistent error LinkOpen::Could not find MathLink executable. Ive tried locating the file in all alternative locations. Any suggestions would be welcome.

The Mathematica Bindings don't use MathLink, they use .NET/Link. Did you follow the insallation guide here?
