You can go to PROFIL -> Profil-Einstellungen -> Benutzerkonto -> Bevorzugte Sprache -> English Then you have to put your password in the "Aktuelles Passwort" field (at the bottom) then press "Profil ändern" (bottom right). Sorry for this, we will look into it.
