I am interested in acquiring the Camera Slider kit, to try to make a texture analyzer. My question has two parts. If I can use the silent stepper brick which supports more step modes, instead of the provided one, and if it is possible for the stepper brick instead of counts to report distance. I need at least 0.1mm distance resolution so I don't know if I can somehow convert the drive steps to distance and if the minimum step can be as low as 0.1mm of course. Thank you! Aris

Thank you very much for your reply! I believe that for the application that I want it 0.1g will be enough. Will also try 0.01g and see how it goes. I don't need a fast response since I will combine it with a linear movement system like the one you have for the camera.

Hi! Given that the load Bricklet 2.0 has a 24 bit ADC, I am wondering why it is restricted to grams and doesn't go below thid. Is it possible to tweak the API somehow to allow lower weight measurements? BR Aris
